Dates & Camp Schedule
Note: If you'd like to take an extra day to explore Glacier National Park (located 1 hr & 20 minutes away from the camp grounds), we recommend flying out on Monday, June 8h or later. Campers may extend their stay at the camp another night with advanced notice. See the "Extension" section below for details.

Thursday, June 4th: Camper Arrivals (All-Day), BBQ Welcome Dinner, & Camp Initiation
Friday, June 5th: Instigation (field day competition, talent show)
Saturday, June 6th: Integration (beach day, boat hangs, camper awards)
Sunday, June 7th:
9am-12pm: Brunch & Goodbyes
12:30pm: Departures (1:30pm arrival time at FCA Airport)
12:30-10pm: (Optional) Glacier Park Adventure
Monday, June 8th: Extension Departures

How to Get There
✈️ By Air: The closest airport is Glacier Park International Airport (FCA), with direct flights from several major hubs, including San Francisco (SFO), Los Angeles (LAX), and Oakland (OAK). While far less ideal, you can also fly in to Missoula (MSO), which is a 1 hour and 20 minute drive to camp. Note: please check with Samuel before booking to Missoula!
🚗 By Car: If you’re driving, camp is approximately 45 minutes south of Kalispell and about 1 hour & 20 minutes north of Missoula.
🚌 Group Transport: We are exploring the option of a shuttle from FCA to camp—stay tuned for details!
Mount Aspen is a remote paradise, but worry not—we’ll make sure you have a smooth journey to our legendary grounds. If you have specific travel concerns, reach out to us directly.
Tuition
Tuition begins at $450 per camper, depending on your accommodation type (see Camp Living for details):
Shared Cabins: $450 per person
Private Rooms
Doubles (2 people in a room): $700 per person
Singles (private room): $1,000 per person
Mount Aspen is a three-night, all-inclusive experience. Your tuition covers lodging, meals, and participation in an expertly curated selection of competitive, character-building, and occasionally ridiculous camp traditions.
We ask for a $150 deposit to hold your place and get you priority accommodation selection (there are very limited private rooms – see Camp Living for details.
Financial Assistance & Scholarships
We are committed to making sure that no worthy camper is left behind. If tuition is a concern, there will be limited scholarships available to ensure accessibility. Please indicate your need for scholarship pricing within the registration form.

Coming Early & Staying Later
Counselors may come to camp as soon as Wednesday, June 3rd to support with camp setup. There are no additional accommodation or food costs to come early!
For campers interested in spending Sunday afternoon/evening exploring Glacier National park, plan to depart on Monday. We’ll ask for an additional financial contribution (likely ~$50 per person) to cover the costs of an additional night + food.

Attire
Boys and Girls at Mount Aspen are expected to dress themselves in a manner that upholds our camp’s unique aesthetic – one that originates from over 30 years of tradition and a spirit of adventure, creativity, and carefree summer living.

We won't be providing alcohol, so if you feel it's an important enhancement to your experience please bring your own!
